Rosebery School is a highly successful, oversubscribed and vibrant girls’ 11-18 school with 1,460 students, including 250 in the Sixth Form.  We are seeking to recruit an organised and confident individual to work with, assist and support the exams officer in all aspects of administration and operational processes covering internal and external exams and the data team leader in maintenance of the school’s management information system (SIMS).

28 hours a week, 40 weeks of the year with the flexibility to work additional hours/days in busy exam periods and be able to work on results days in the summer holiday


GLF G5 £21,169 to £23,800 FTE (£14,395 to £16,185 pro rata)

The successful candidate will:

  • Assist with the planning and running of internal and external exams as directed by the Examinations Officer.
  • Assist with practical preparations for exams, liaising with other school staff where necessary.
  • Be responsible for all laptops used by students during the mock and public exams.
  • Perform invigilation duties when emergency cover is required.
  • Assist in the preparations for results days and assist the Examination Officer on results days.
  • Assist with the analysis of exam results.
  • Assist with Post Results Services following the public exam season.
  • Respond effectively to queries from past, current, and prospective students & parents.
  • Assist the Data Team Leader with data input and analysis.
  • To support and contribute to administration support across the school as required.
