Your Opportunity
GLF Schools is seeking to appoint a Regional Education Director to provide strategic leadership and line management of Headteachers within our Trust. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to develop and empower school leaders, drive sustainable school improvement, and influence education strategy at scale—ensuring high standards of teaching and learning across their allocated schools and beyond. At its core, this role is about shaping the future of education by developing exceptional leaders and championing continuous improvement and innovation in education at GLF Schools.
They will have strategic oversight of education from 2 to 18, and it is essential they have proven experience of leading improvement and delivering successful outcomes across multiple schools within the secondary sector, through senior leadership or headship roles.
With a collaborative ethos and commitment to excellence, the role demands inspirational leadership and the capacity to empower school communities, supporting professional development and modelling the Trust’s core values of integrity, compassion, and ambition. The Regional Education Director will play a pivotal role in driving school improvement through effective resource management, fostering stakeholder engagement, and cultivating partnerships that enhance educational outcomes for all pupils.
