We are looking for a motivated and experienced Nursery Practitioner. You will play a key role in supporting children’s learning and development, planning engaging activities, and working closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure each child reaches their full potential. What we are looking for
The successful candidate must:
- Hold a Level 2 Childcare qualification (desirable)
- Have a detailed knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and early childhood development
- Show enthusiasm and commitment
- Have good organisational and communication skills
- Be responsible for the planning, delivery and monitoring of learning for their key children
- Be able to create an exciting and stimulating environment that provides rich learning opportunities
- Be able to inspire and nurture every child to ensure they become confident, active learners
About Pine Ridge and Lorraine Federation
Our School sits within a newly established cluster of Primary schools, overseen by a Regional Director. Along with Pine Ridge & Lorraine Infants School, our cluster includes the following other schools; Springfield Primary School, Lightwater Village School & Cordwalles Junior School.

The Details:
Start Date: 5th January 2026
Salary: GLF Associate 2.1 £23,651 FTE
Actual Salary: £13,423.25
Hours of Work: 23.75hrs a week Monday to Friday 8.15am - 1pm (39 weeks incl. INSET)
Closing Date: Friday 12th December at 9.30am
