What we are looking for
- Holds a full and relevant Level 3 (or above) qualification in childcare
- Achieved GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development
- Demonstrates a clear commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Confident in implementing safeguarding procedures and maintaining appropriate boundaries
- Knowledge of keyworker systems, health and safety in a nursery setting, and equal opportunities
- Effective communicator with the ability to build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

The Details
Start Date: September 2025
FTE Salary range: GLF Associate 2 Point 1 £22,98.66 to Point 16 £24,872 (DOE)
Pro-rata (actual) Starting Salary: £17,722.21 to 19,316.94 (DOE)
Hours: 8:15am-3:15pm Monday - Friday 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time)
Contract: Permanent
