We are looking for a supportive and resilient Home School Link Worker to join one of our friendly and welcoming primary schools. You will need to have good communication skills and be able to be the bridge between the pupils' families and the school.

What we are looking for

Role specific:

• Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
• Identify and address the needs of pupils and families who need help to overcome barriers to learning
• Support parents to become more resilient and independent in accessing support and participating in school and community life
• Carry out home visits
• To support improvements in attendance and punctuality.

About The Didcot Cluster

Aureus Primary School and Manor Primary School make up the Didcot Cluster, a newly established cluster of schools overseen by a Regional Director. Along with Aureus Primary School and Manor Primary School, the wider Oxfordshire cluster includes; William Morris, Longford Park, Hardwick and Cherry Fields. The Details

Start Date: As soon as possible 

Salary: GLF Specialist Salary Range £24,982 - £33,592.

Actual Salary: Depending on experience (£21,491 - £28,899)

Hours: 36 hours per week, term time + inset days (39 weeks) 

Contract: Permanent
