GLF Schools is seeking a passionate and experienced EYFS Strategic Lead to shape and elevate Early Years provision across our trust. This is a unique opportunity to influence curriculum design, drive school improvement, and lead professional development across a diverse network of schools.

Your Opportunity

We’re looking for someone who is deeply knowledgeable about EYFS pedagogy, confident in leading change, and committed to improving outcomes for our youngest learners. You’ll be part of a dynamic Education Team, contributing to trust-wide initiatives and modelling our values in every interaction. In this strategic role, you will:

  • Lead the development and implementation of a coherent, evidence-informed EYFS curriculum.
  • Work closely with the Head of Curriculum and Pedagogy and Regional Education Directors to deliver an aspirational improvement strategy.
  • Analyse trust-wide data to identify strengths and areas for development.
  • Provide expert guidance and challenge to EYFS leaders and teachers to raise standards.
  • Organise and deliver high-quality, research-based training and professional development.
  • Foster collaboration and build capacity across EYFS settings through networking and shared expertise.
