GLF Schools is seeking a dedicated Estates Support Officer to join our central Estates team in a permanent role based at either our Banstead or Earlsfield office, with hybrid working from home also available and occasional travel to our schools. Your Opportunity
This vital role provides administrative and operational support across a wide range of estates functions, including compliance, capital projects, data management, finance, and facilities coordination. Acting as a key point of contact for schools, the postholder will help ensure smooth communication, accurate record-keeping, and efficient delivery of estates services across the Trust. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and making a meaningful impact in a busy and supportive environment.
What we are looking for
- Educated to A-Level standard
- Experience working in a busy administrative position
- Experience of general financial administration and record keeping
- Experience of working and supporting colleagues at all levels and providing advice
- Good understanding of estates and facilities related issues, especially in a school environment
- Good general IT skills, including experience of using compliance management or FM systems
- Methodical and thorough problem-solving approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including to distil complex information into clear and easily understood reports

The Details
Salary: GLF Associate Specialist - £33,000
Location: The Beacon School, Banstead OR Earlsfield Office / Hybrid / Visits to schools where required
Contract type: Permanent, 36hrs per week - full time.
Start Date: ASAP
