- Focus on improving outcomes for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and those who are disadvantaged.
- You will have the chance to influence practice across multiple schools, coach and develop leaders, and contribute to a culture of excellence in early years education.
The role will be across a cluster of schools primarily in the Caterham, Redhill, Crawley and Horsham area (Surrey and West Sussex) and will involve regular travel between schools within your cluster. There will also be a requirement from time to time to travel to our Head Offices in Banstead and Earlsfield, as well as other GLF Schools where needed.
