You will champion high expectations, evidence-based policies, and innovative practices that promote safe, engaging schools, while tailoring support for individual students and families when needed. As Behaviour Lead, you’ll collaborate with school leaders, guide restorative approaches, and oversee critical elements such as suspensions, Alternative Provision, and exclusions, ensuring they align with statutory guidance and deliver the best outcomes for students.
