Pine Ridge and Lorraine Federation are seeking inspiring and enthusiastic After School Playworkers to join their committed and supportive wrap around care team.

Your opportunity

We have multiple opportunities for a term time only playworkers to work within our Afterschool club. The successful candidate will be prepared to work hard and respond positively to the challenges of day-to-day school life and be a strong team player. 

What we are looking for

We are seeking adaptable and resourceful individuals to help create a fun and caring environment within our school wraparound provision. Candidates will have previous experience working with children and be somebody who will engage and inspire the children through extra-curricular activities and learning, whilst upholding the values and ethos of Pine Ridge and Lorraine Federation.

Our schools sit within a newly established cluster of Primary schools, overseen by a Regional Director.  Along with Pine Ridge & Lorraine Federation, our cluster includes the following other schools; Springfield Primary School, Hammond Junior School, Lightwater Village School and Cordwalles Junior School.

The Details:

Start Date: September 2025

Salary: £23,140 FTE (£12.33ph)

Hours of Work: 10 - 15hrs Monday to Friday 3pm - 5pm or 6pm (38 weeks)

Closing Date: Monday 30th June at 9.30am

Interview Date: W/C 1st July 2025
