Working closely with the Headteacher and teaching staff, you'll help deliver high-quality learning experiences, lead planned lessons when required, and provide targeted support to pupils with a range of needs. What we are looking for
- Hold relevant qualifications, including a good general education (GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above) and an HLTA qualification.
- Have experience in supporting and delivering lessons to whole classes and supporting learning
- Be skilled in adapting and delivering engaging learning strategies, managing behaviour effectively, and supporting pupils' emotional and academic development.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills, including preparing resources, maintaining pupil records, and contributing to classroom planning.
- Show excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, working well with colleagues, children, and parents.

schools, overseen by a Regional Director. Along with Kilnwood Vale Primary

Salary: GLF Specialist Point 1 - £28,009
Actual Salary: £22,422.64
Contract Type: Permanent, term time only.
Hours: 33.5hrs per week
