We are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join our Early Career (ECF) and Appropriate Body (AB) team. They will support our ECF/AB Programme leads, responsible for the proactive and effective planning, execution and administration of ECF with our Lead Partner Ambition Institute. The ECF/AB Administrator reports to our Teaching School Hub Deputy Director and will work closely with the rest of our friendly Teaching School Hub team.
Candidates will mainly work from our TSH base at The Beacon School in Banstead, but this hybrid role occasionally requires travel across our regions for meetings, training, and conferences.
This is an exciting opportunity to support the planning and delivery of the ECF programme while ensuring we deliver our Teaching School Hub Appropriate Body service. This service monitors the progress of our ECTs and the support they are getting from their employing schools, ensuring our provision is of high quality.

About the Teaching School Hub
GLF Teaching School Hub leads on supporting teachers and leaders at all stages of their careers by delivering high-quality, evidence-informed professional development. We help trainees, teachers, and leaders from GLF's 43 schools and beyond into our West Sussex TSH region, supporting approximately 300 schools, with 86% of all West Sussex schools working with us. The Details
Base: Beacon School Banstead / Agile when required - occasionally requires travel across our regions for meetings, training, and conferences.
Start Date: As soon as available
Pay Scale: GLF Associate Specialist 1-4 - £26,272 - £26,974 FTE per annum
Hours: 25 hours a week with flexible start and end working times to be agreed with line manager. 42 week contract with 39 term-time weeks and 3 plus weeks in school holidays to be negotiated with your line manager.
Contract type: Fixed Term- from April 2025 to July 26. (There is the potential opportunity for this role to be extended and dependent on DfE funding.)
