We currently have a vacancy for two Learning Assistant's to join our supportive team at Aureus Primary School on a fixed term basis to cover Maternity. Aureus Primary School has a passion and understanding of what effective learning is and we help to inspire our pupils to be the best they can be. What we're looking for:
- A good general education, including GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C or above).
- Basic IT skills to support learning and administrative tasks.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clarify instructions and engage students effectively.
- The ability to plan, prioritise tasks, and follow teacher guidance.
- A professional and confidential approach to working with children.
- Strong time management and organisation skills to maintain records and assist in classroom setup.
- A trustworthy, approachable, and passionate attitude towards making a positive impact on students’ lives.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, in line with GLF Schools' policies.
This role is suited to someone who is dedicated, patient, and enthusiastic about helping students reach their full potential.

The Details
School: Aureus Primary School
Start: May 2025 or June 2025
Salary: Associate Staff pay range FTE £22,834 - £24,872 (Actual £17,734 - £19,317)
Hours: 8:20am - 3:20pm, 32.5 hours per week, term time + inset days (39 weeks)
Contract: Fixed term until either April 2026 or May 2026 depending on start date
Job Expires: 23rd March 2025 at 11:59pm
